The scope of the Leadership & Management Division is to serve as a forum for the exchange of information and knowledge on the theory and application of management and leadership techniques to special libraries, focusing on issues such as planning, organization, budget and cost control, communication, performance, and the impact of technology on libraries, in order to develop and enhance the managerial skills of its members
